David Gregori

Educated with a Bachelor of Business and a major in Accountancy, David has been in the IT Business for over 30 years. David understands how businesses work and how technology enables business.

With extensive experience in Business Development, engagement management and now business management, and having worked in major organisations such as IBM, Fujitsu and Telstra, David has a wealth of experience that he is only too happy to impart on staff and clients alike.

David has a healthy respect for the individual and the power of difference the individual can make in business. Therefore he is meticulous in who he engages in his own business and those candidates and resources he recommends to his clients.

In 2014 David bought the very successful and well known DLA Consulting. Since that time David has enacted his vision to expand the service offerings and capabilities such that DLA Consulting can now better serve its clients more holistically.

Maria Galiano

Maria has over 10 years experience in the Insurance Industry. Her experience has been varied, both strategic and operational across Brokering, Underwriting, Claims and Operations and Marketing. Maria has a solid and proven track record of achievement and delivering results through superior interpersonal skills and management abilities, specialising in people management. These skills have transferred exceptionally well into the highly specialised and challenging business of recruitment to the Insurance Industry.

Rob Griffiths

Rob has had over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, starting his career at Rolls Royce in England as a Graduate Analyst. He holds a Masters in IT.

He joins the DLA Team as Executive Director with a focus area in the Financial Services Industry and the Payments Industry.

In the early 1990’s Rob spent his early career in pre-sales and then moving quickly to direct sales. In the mid 90’s he moved to Cap Gemini leading an outsourcing team until the early 2000’s. In this time, he worked in most mainstream sectors including, Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing, Telco and Media, Utilities and Banking, Wealth, Insurance.

In 2002 he emigrated to Melbourne, Australia and in the past 21 years he has worked for a variety of service providers (Getronics, Unisys, HP, TCS, Cap Gemini, TechMahindra, Oracle and KPMG) focusing on Financial Services and Payment Ecosystems

Rob has experience in managing Sales Teams and Coaching individuals. He has also been part of a startup and is current involved with a Product Engineering Company. Rob is a practical focused team player. He has a passion for learning new skills. He lives between Brisbane and the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria with his wife, 2 daughters (and their partners), his grandson and 2 dogs.

Brett Watson

Experienced executive and consultant building a portfolio career in payments and the Consumer Data Right.

Having had general management roles at NAB and Westpac, and for the past decade with KPMG as a Partner, Brett brings more than 25 years’ experience in financial services and consulting providing advice across Australia, the US and Europe, with clients that have included traditional banks, domestic and global schemes, aggregators, fintechs and other service providers as well as major users of payments such as large corporates and government.
